Yellowish sandstone, rectangular in shape

Broken at the lower right corner. The front surface is flaked off in the upper left part

The inscription also preserves traces of red paint. The script is of the square type, the letters are neatly cut but ascendingly aligned, with an increasing interlinear space from the third line onwards
