is-a.dev allows users to register a subdomain under the "is-a.dev" domain. This service is offered "as-is" without guarantees of uptime, support, or permanence.

Subdomains are intended solely for individuals and non-commercial projects.

We reserve the right to deny any subdomain registration request for any reason.

## 4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use, attempt to use, or permit others to use the is-a.dev service or any related infrastructure for any of the following purposes:

1. Illegal activities
2. Degrading the service's performance or availability
3. Promoting violence or harm
4. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
5. Pornography or sexually explicit material
6. Impersonation and misrepresentation

10. Cryptocurrency and blockchain mining

You grant us permission to use your registration data to operate the service.

We reserve the right to terminate your subdomain at any time, for any reason.

Termination may occur without prior notice. Any donations will not be refunded.

For privacy-related inquiries, please contact us at support@is-a.dev. We are not responsible for any data or privacy breaches resulting from the use of our service.

We do not collect or process personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

## 8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
