Valencia Automation Day – Sponsor Logistics

Sponsor deliveries are accepted from 07:00 to 08:00 at Loading Bay B.
Delivery drivers must show the company name and booking reference to venue security.
Each sponsor booth includes one table, two chairs, and one standard power outlet.
Sponsor representatives may enter the exhibition hall from 08:00.
Empty packaging must be moved to the storage area behind Loading Bay B before 09:00.
Collections after the event are scheduled from 17:30 to 18:30 at Loading Bay B.
