Valencia Automation Day – Volunteer Handbook

Volunteers must check in at 08:00 at the North Entrance.
The volunteer briefing starts at 08:15 in Green Room 1.
Each volunteer receives a yellow lanyard and a zone assignment at check-in.
Morning-shift volunteers finish at 13:45 after handing over to the afternoon team.
Lost property must be taken to the Orange Hall registration desk.
For an urgent venue problem, volunteers should contact the duty manager on radio channel 3.
