# When to write the 0-1 board

When to use: after Advance / Iterate / Hold / Kill, or a founder yes in chat. Not a form.

Company and idea are separate. One board per idea.

The weekly constraint is the honest biggest bottleneck. Not a fun side quest. Preference cannot name it. Challenge a side quest dressed as the bottleneck. Founder decides with a written override; do not rubber-stamp. Refuse “new landing page” when no one has talked to customers, unless the founder writes that override.

Owner comes from the ACL, not a name you invent. Prefer a material-change notify over polling. Digests do not invent stage or Advance.
