**Scope:** Routine daily arXiv scan (`scripts/daily_arxiv_scan.py`) — admission of 13 new methods; no historical entries rewritten.

## Summary

The daily arXiv scan returned 20 candidates over the 6-day window. After per-paper verification
against the arXiv API and the R9 admission protocol (method name must be self-stated in the paper's
title/abstract), **13** were admitted and **7** were rejected.

- Library: **859 → 872** methods (+13, +1.5%), 23 categories unchanged.
- All four data carriers (`methods.json` / `CSV` / `methods.html` / `abstracts.js`) and the reference
  doc (`references/3dgs-methods-overview.md`, "Newly Added Methods (September 2026)") re-verified at
  **872**; name sets compared entry by entry (not by count) — see `scripts/crosscheck_carriers.py`.
- No method name was fabricated; the library's "every entry arXiv-verifiable" guarantee holds.
