releases post-dating the v0.9.6 daily scan, spanning 9 categories. **12** candidate papers were
rejected for failing the verification protocol.

- Library: **881 → 896** methods (+15, +1.7%), 23 categories unchanged.
- All data carriers (`methods.json` / `CSV` / `methods.html` / `abstracts.js`) and the reference
  doc (`references/3dgs-methods-overview.md`, "Newly Added Methods (October 12, 2026)") re-verified at
  **896**; name sets compared entry by entry via `scripts/crosscheck_carriers.py`.
- No method name was fabricated; the library's "every entry arXiv-verifiable" guarantee holds.
- `categories.json` counts re-computed from `methods.json`.
