this is a source code for a rust cli called clops
the code is organised into workspaces
the tool integrates with claude code via hooks
the tool has a several sub-commands, each sub-command in a separte module.

use "just check" and "just build" and "just test" to check if the code is valid, if it builds and if the tests pass.
