# Support

For setup trouble or a reproducible bug, open a GitHub issue and include:

- Token Maxxer Hub version (see `manifest.json`)
- Omarchy and Quickshell versions
- Which provider/account is affected, and whether it's a local provider
  (OpenCode/Codex/Claude) or a remote one
- The exact error text shown in the panel's error banner or an
  `account-test` result
- Relevant shell logs from
  `journalctl --user -u omarchy-shell -n 100 --no-pager`

Remove API keys, account identifiers, and other private data before posting
logs — none of the above should normally appear in worker output, but
double-check pasted text anyway. For vulnerabilities, follow
[SECURITY.md](SECURITY.md) instead of opening a public issue.

## Common issues

- **A remote account shows "stale" or an error**: the last known-good value
  stays visible while the worker retries with exponential backoff. Use the
  Integrations tab's per-account refresh/test action to retry immediately.
- **Keyring storage fails**: confirm `secret-tool` (part of `libsecret`) is
  installed and your keyring is unlocked, or switch that account to an
  environment-variable credential instead.
- **"Resume in native terminal" does nothing**: the provider's own CLI
  (`opencode`, `codex`, or `claude`) must be on `PATH`, or configured via
  that account's settings.
- **Panel does not load**: run `omarchy plugin validate` on the plugin
  directory and check the shell logs referenced above.
