By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Services. It does not apply to information collected by third parties, even when we link to or integrate with their services. The Services are intended only for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not allow individuals under 18 to create accounts.

Booking and registration information for courses, classes, or events, which may include your name, contact information, and any required eligibility or medical disclosures collected by our booking platform;
Payment information, which is collected and processed by the applicable mobile platform or our third-party booking platform; 
Communications you send to us, such as support inquiries, feedback, or survey responses; and
User-submitted content, such as comments, profile preferences, or any other information you choose to share through the App.
2.2 Training and Usage Information
As you use the App, we may collect information about your activity, including:
Course and event registrations, attendance, and history;
Diagnostic and crash data, including error logs and performance metrics; and

We may automatically collect technical information, including:
Device identifiers, model, operating system and version, language, time zone, and mobile network information;
App version, installation and uninstallation events, and feature-usage events;
IP address and approximate (city or region) location derived from it;
Cookies, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and similar technologies used by our analytics, error-reporting, and push-notification providers; and
Permissions you grant on your device (such as notifications, microphone, or audio output).

3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
To operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including the dry-fire timer, content feed, score calculator, and course-booking functions;
To create and manage your account and authenticate you;
To process, confirm, and administer course bookings, payments, and refunds;
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
To send you transactional communications (such as booking confirmations, account notices, and important updates) and, where permitted, marketing communications about courses, content, or features (you can opt out of marketing at any time);
To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and performance, and to develop new features;
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service or applicable law;
To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our agreements; and

3.1 Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are: (a) performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); (b) our legitimate interests (such as improving the Services and preventing abuse), provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; and (d) your consent, where required (for example, for certain marketing or analytics).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We share information in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, communications, and payment processing. 4.2 Wix and Booking Platform
Our website and booking platform are operated using Wix.com Ltd. (“Wix”) services. When you log in via our Wix-hosted authentication, register for a course or event, or interact with content delivered from our Wix-hosted site, information is transmitted to and processed by Wix. Wix’s use of your information is governed by Wix’s privacy policy, available at www.wix.com/about/privacy.
4.3 Mobile Platforms
Apple and Google may process information when you install, purchase, subscribe, or update the App. Their use is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4.4 Mux
Our video streaming platform is Mux. When you stream video on app, certain data is exchanged with the provided to provide the requested content.
4.5 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of 303 Solutions, our users, or the public, including investigating potential violations of our Terms or unlawful activity; or (c) respond to a claim against us.
4.6 Business Transfers
If 303 Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such transfer that materially changes how their information is handled.

We may share information for any other purpose with your consent.
4.8 Aggregated and De-identified Information
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any purpose.

7.2 Account Closure

303 Solutions and Primitive Edge LLC are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country. The App is not designed to respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
