When you stream video on app, certain data is exchanged with the provided to provide the requested content. 4.5 Legal and Safety We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of 303 Solutions, our users, or the public, including investigating potential violations of our Terms or unlawful activity; or (c) respond to a claim against us. 4.6 Business Transfers If 303 Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
