Any person obtaining a copy of this software package ("the Software") may:

- Use the Software for personal gameplay and in both commercially and non-commercially published screenshots and videos.
- Modify the Software for personal use.
- Read and learn from the Software's code.
- Redistribute modified or unmodified portions of the Software, with the following restrictions:
    - You may not redistribute the Software, modified or unmodified, in any context where you, or any third party, receive or may receive any form of financial benefit, whether direct or indirect, without my explicit written permission. This includes, but is not limited to:
        - Uploading the Software to monetized mod distribution platforms (e.g., CurseForge, Modrinth).
        - Gating access to the Software or derivative works behind paywalls, donation incentives, or subscription services (e.g., Patreon, Ko-fi, Discord perks).
        - Including the Software in bundles or modpacks that are distributed in exchange for financial gain.
    - This restriction exists to prevent commercial exploitation, particularly low-effort forks or redistributions, and applies regardless of whether the Software is modified.
- Redistribute the Software as part of a modpack, with the following restrictions:
    - You must provide explicit credit to the author (jbritain) in the public-facing modpack description, or in a bundled README or documentation file for private packs.
    - If the modpack is distributed in any setting where you or others may receive financial benefit—whether direct or indirect—you must first obtain my explicit written permission.

This license must be included in all copies or distributions of the Software, modified or unmodified.
