This plugin contributes a new view implementation that provides graphs
to display cumulative and separate build times on the dashboard-view.

## Description

This plugin allows for graphs to be displayed on the Jenkins Dashboard
view in both stacked and line versions.

## View layout

The dashboard view supports a layout with rows spanning the entire view
with 2 columns.
