Our API is designed to have predictable, resource-oriented URLs and to use HTTP response codes to indicate API errors. We use built-in HTTP features, like HTTP verbs, which can be understood by off-the-shelf HTTP clients.<br/>Currently only JSON format will be returned in all responses from the API, including errors and data.<br/><br/>The API limit for a 24-hour period is 50,000 requests. This limit is designed to ensure an optimal experience for all users. If this limit is surpassed, usage of the API will be blocked for several minutes to protect the stability of the system. Additionally, the limit is set to a maximum of 2083 requests per hour and 157 requests every 5 minutes. If this limit is exceeded, access to the API will be blocked for at least 5 minutes or until the request rate meets or beats the limit.
