## About
`utiles` started off as a python port of mapbox's web-mercator utils
python-library [mercantile](https://github.com/mapbox/mercantile) written in
rust. It has since been expanded into a slim rust crate (`utiles-core`) a less
slim crate with a lib/cli (`utiles`), that has a python package wrapper.
