## Use this when

- compare these countries on this metric
- give me sourced country intelligence
- which countries lead on this domain and why
- show me the evidence behind this country score
- reconcile conflicting country data
- country benchmark with sources

## Problem

An analyst or agent needs country-level comparative data with sources, freshness, evidence states and reconciliation warnings rather than an opaque ranking.

## Inputs

One or more countries plus a domain/question; optional metric slugs, comparison set and as-of date.

## Outputs

Sourced observations, evidence state/confidence, source URLs, reconciliation findings, methodology context, signals and limitations.

## Pricing

Raven contains a country-brief pricing hypothesis ($299-$2,500 depending depth). No approved fixed machine price/payment path was verified, so it is not auto-quotable.

## Invocation and authority

LIVE: public machine discovery docs plus central Evercraft MCP matching. Commercial execution remains verification-gated; no automatic checkout or payment obligation.
Live canary evidence: GitHubActionsRun:36802891607

Read-only sourced data may be returned within approved access. No paid obligation without explicit confirmation and verified terms.

Payment authority: No verified Evercraft Payments path for this capability.

Discovery does not create a payment obligation. Human confirmation is required before checkout where checkout exists. Checkout creation is not proof of payment.
