# Commercial licensing

The Unprice core is available under AGPL-3.0-only. Unprice also offers separate commercial terms
for organizations that cannot use the core under the AGPL.

A commercial license is a separate signed agreement. This file does not grant commercial rights
or change the AGPL-3.0-only terms.
