Melody2Note requires access to your device's microphone to analyze musical pitch and duration.
*   **Local Processing:** Audio data is processed in real-time on your device to detect musical notes.
*   **No Storage or Uploading:** We do **not** record, store, or transmit your audio data to any external servers. The audio is used solely for the functionality of the App and is discarded immediately after analysis.

### B. In-App Purchases and Billing
The App offers a "Donation" feature to remove advertisements and unlock premium features (e.g., MusicXML export).
*   **Processing:** All transactions are processed securely through the **Google Play Billing System**.
*   **Information:** We do not collect or store your credit card or financial information. We only receive confirmation of your purchase status to unlock features.

### C. Local Settings and Data
We use **Android DataStore** to store simple configuration settings on your device, such as your donation status and tuning preferences. This data remains on your device.

### D. Exported Files
When you export MIDI or MusicXML files, they are saved temporarily in the App's cache directory on your device. You have full control over sharing these files via third-party applications.

## 2. Permissions
To provide its core functionality, the App requests the following permission:
*   **RECORD_AUDIO:** Required to listen to your melody for note analysis.

The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you:

*   **Advertising Networks:** The App may display advertisements. These networks may collect device identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can remove ads by making a donation within the App.
