TIMER_CLOCK
  C++ version

  Demonstrate the use of the OMP_GET_WTIME timer.

  omp_get_wtime ( ) is an OpenMP library function.

  It returns the elapsed wall clock time in seconds.

  The number of processors available:
  OMP_GET_NUM_PROCS () = 2

  OMP_SET_NUM_THREADS requests 2 threads.

TEST01
  Time the C RAND routine by computing N values.
  For a given N, repeat the computation 5 times.

  Data vectors will be of minimum size 1024
  Data vectors will be of maximum size 1048576

  Wall clock times are in seconds.
