## 2026.09.15.13 - Fix: after an update, the plugin's icon could keep showing an older picture for a while, because your browser or Community Applications had cached it. Every release now uses a fresh icon address, so the current icon shows right away. ## 2026.09.15.11 - Fix: the Connected Clients icon is now the same everywhere — an orange plug on the Tools page, the Settings page, the Dashboard tile and the Plugins page, including each page's own heading. ## 2026.09.15.08 - Feat: an event log and notification rules. Every session start and end, sign-in, alert, source change and action now goes into an event log on the page. Turn any of these into an Unraid notification, a syslog line, or your own script — for example, every web UI sign-in. Other tools can also read the events, through events.php or the live push channel. - Improve: the settings page is redone. Three clear sections — Sources, Clients and page, and Alerts and subscriptions. The built-in alerts and your own rules sit in one list, each with an on/off switch, a one-line summary, and Test and Edit buttons. The rule editor explains what each choice does, and the whole page fits a phone screen. - Improve: settings save and test in the background. There is no more page reload, and no "resend this form?" prompt after a save. ## 2026.09.11.14 - Feat: a settings page at Settings, User Utilities, Connected Clients. Turn each protocol on or off, set the poll interval and the idle limit, name your proxy ranges, and give your clients your own labels. - Feat: 30 days of history that stays after a reboot. The page lists the sign-in events of the whole period, the timeline keeps ended sessions, and each client has a History button. - Feat: a Dashboard tile. It shows the sessions in use now for each protocol, the busiest clients and the failed sign-ins of the last 24 hours. - Feat: notifications for a new client, many failed sign-ins from one address (default 5 in 10 minutes) and an SSH sign-in from the internet. They go out as Unraid notifications. You turn each kind on or off, and you can send a test notification. - Feat: actions, each with a confirmation. Sign out a web UI session, end an SSH session or close an SMB session from the page. The plugin never signs out your own session, and it writes each action to syslog. A setting hides the buttons. - Improve: the page now updates live through nchan, the webGUI push channel. It reads the data from the server only when nchan is silent. - Improve: a banner names any source that fails, and a sign-in through a proxy or a container is marked. - Improve: a diagnostics script for a support post: bash /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/unraid-connections/scripts/diagnostics.sh - Fix: the page no longer takes the warning style of the webGUI. - Fix: an SMB share now shows once when two clients use it. ## 2026.09.11.08 - New: Connected Clients. A Tools page shows who is connected to your server now (web UI, SSH, SMB, NFS v4, WireGuard and Tailscale), a 24-hour or 72-hour timeline, and the sign-in events, including failed sign-ins. A small collector reads these sources every 5 seconds.
