We collect the following information when you use PizzaTime:
- Account information — your email address and username when you create an account
- Profile information — your display name, bio, and profile photo if you choose to add them
- Pizza ratings — the ratings, reviews, and pizza details you submit
- Location data — your approximate location to show nearby pizzerias on the map. We only access location when the app is open.
- Photos — photos you upload to your ratings or profile
- Usage data — basic app usage information to help us improve the app
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the PizzaTime service
- To display nearby pizzerias based on your location
- To show your ratings and profile to other users
- To allow you to connect with friends in the app
- To improve and develop new features
- To communicate with you about your account
Information Shared With Others
Your username, profile photo, bio, and pizza ratings are visible to other PizzaTime users. Your email address is never shown publicly.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
PizzaTime uses the following third-party services:
- Google Maps & Places API — to show maps and find nearby pizzerias. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by their services.
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored securely on Supabase's servers.
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — optional sign-in methods. Their respective privacy policies apply.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
Children's Privacy
PizzaTime is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of any marketing communications
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
