Prefer adapting a template when the user wants a specific visual identity. ## Creation When creating a new presentation: 1. Create the presentation (from scratch, a topic, or a template). 2. Establish the slide structure. 3. Add slides with appropriate layouts. 4. Add content: titles, bullets, charts, tables, images. 5. Apply a consistent theme and branding. 6. Review spacing, hierarchy, and readability. 7. Save the `.pptx` file. ## Editing When editing an existing presentation: - Preserve the existing visual identity unless instructed otherwise. - Change only the requested elements when possible. - Do not remove important slides without confirmation. ## Export Save to `.pptx` by default. Only export to other formats when the user requests it or the workflow requires it. ## Important Do not claim a presentation was created, edited, saved, or exported unless the PowerPoint MCP tool confirms the operation.
