1. The Scope of Service

Our Service is a multi-tenant platform. This means that while we provide the software engine, individual Hotel Owners ("Tenants") manage their own guest data. Each Hotel Owner is the Data Controller for their specific hotel's data, and we act as the Data Processor.

2. Information Collection and Use

We collect information to provide a seamless experience for both Hotel Owners and their Guests:

• Account Information: For Hotel Owners, we collect business names, PAN/VAT numbers, owner names, and contact details for billing and account management.
• Guest Data: On behalf of Hotel Owners, our Service processes Guest names, ID card photos (for security compliance), phone numbers, and stay records.
• Inventory & Financials: Room rates, daily turnover, and expense records are stored securely for the respective Hotel Owner's use only.

3. Data Isolation (Multi-Tenancy)

We employ strict Data Isolation protocols. Each hotel's data is logically separated within our database using unique Tenant IDs. No Hotel Owner can access, view, or modify the data belonging to another hotel on the platform.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit encryption for data at rest and SSL/TLS for data in transit. However, no electronic storage method is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may use local database solutions like ObjectBox for high-performance offline processing and local storage to ensure your data is always accessible even without internet connectivity.
