Due to a continued increase in the number of members it has become necessary to move Project Euler to a new cloud hosting platform. We are very sad to leave our previous hosts who have worked tirelessly to provide outstanding support and help on our old VPS. However, it was their suggestion that the nature of the unpredictable low to high server load we experience due to our international membership that a cloud platform would be our best option.

If page loads are currently slow then it is due to the name servers not being updated at your DNS. You will know if you're on the old server still because there will be a pling (!) next to "Logged in as...".

However, it does not matter which server you are on as they both point to the same DB; if you're still on the old server then it will be slow due to remote DB access.

Please be patient as there are likely to be teething problems and we will do our best to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Due to a number of complaints from members the syntax highlighter on the problem threads has been changed from a system based on google-code-prettify to highlight.js.

A new script has been made available to members (developers) to retrieve minimal information relating to the problems and account details.
