They all sit under 'marketing,' but work, mindset, day-to-day, almost nothing overlaps. ## Mechanism Each role has a distinct focus: PMM connects features to pain points and measures adoption; Marketing Manager owns channels and demand gen; Head of Marketing sets strategy and aligns with the CEO. When one person does all three, it's overload, not efficiency.
