Authentication Data: If you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and basic profile info via Firebase Authentication to manage your cloud backup and credit balance.

Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information via Google Firebase and AdMob, including device identifiers (AD-ID), crash logs, and app performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:

Generate professional PDF documents (Invoices, Receipts, Quotations).
•
Facilitate secure cloud backups via Google Drive.
•
Manage the App's credit system and rewarded advertisements.
•
Monitor app performance and fix technical bugs.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services which may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services: For core app functionality.

AdMob: For displaying advertisements and managing rewards.

Firebase (Analytics, Auth, Firestore): For app stability, authentication, and credit synchronization.

Local Storage: Your document data and business profile are stored in a private database on your mobile device.

Cloud Storage: If you use the Backup feature, your data is encrypted during transit and stored in your private Google Drive account. We do not have access to your private Drive files outside of the App's specific backup folder.

Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Data: You can delete all local data at any time by clearing the App's cache or uninstalling the App.

Cloud Data: You can manage or delete your backups directly from your Google Drive or by contacting us to request the deletion of your Firebase-synced credit profile.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
