Use "GamblerPlus" as the primary name of a fork or derivative project.

A fork may retain attribution to the original GamblerPlus project, but must not present itself as the official project.

You may additionally provide attribution to the original GamblerPlus project.

6. Takedown and Enforcement

If a project uses the name "GamblerPlus" or GamblerPlus branding in violation of this license or applicable trademark rights, the GamblerPlus project maintainers reserve the right to request removal of the infringing project from hosting platforms, repositories, distribution services, or other platforms.

This may include requests to Modrinth, GitHub, CurseForge, or other applicable platforms.

7. No Ownership Transfer

This license does not transfer ownership of the GamblerPlus name, trademarks, branding, logos, or other intellectual property.

The source code remains available under this open-source license, while the GamblerPlus name and branding remain reserved.
