I am (apparently) learning to personally "decide" (for myself) which data is significant and which data is irrelevant.

That (decision-making) process is part of how I try to optimize my allocation of (personally alloted (physiologically, environmentally, and technologically) (within the context of space-time locations)) energy (and matter).
