TTReader Privacy Policy (iOS)

1. Purpose of Data Processing

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS version of TTReader.

The developer, operating as <Freedom Solver> (Developer: Hyunjoon Hong), processes information only as necessary to provide app features, advertising and analytics services, error analysis, and optional cloud backup and restore functionality.

2. Advertising and Analytics Services

TTReader may use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase to provide advertisements and improve app quality.

• AdMob may process information for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency management, conversion measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
• Firebase may process anonymized or limited information for app usage analytics, crash and error analysis, and feature improvement.

Such information is processed according to the policies of the applicable service provider and the user's device and privacy settings.

3. iOS Advertising Identifier and Tracking

If an advertising or analytics feature on iOS requires access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) or permission for cross-app tracking, TTReader requests permission in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) requirements.

Users can change tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Declining tracking permission does not prevent users from using the app's core reading features.

4. Cloud Storage Integration

TTReader allows users to optionally connect their Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive account to back up and restore app files, settings, and other user data.

• Cloud access is used only when the user chooses to enable or use the backup or restore feature.
• Backup data is stored in the user's account on the selected cloud storage service.
• The developer does not collect or store the user's files or backup data on separate servers operated by the developer.
• Cloud access is limited to the permissions necessary to provide backup and restore functionality.
• Users may revoke TTReader's access through the account settings of the applicable cloud service.

5. Retention of Information

The developer does not separately collect or store the user's app files or cloud backup data on developer-operated servers.

Information processed by advertising, analytics, or user-selected cloud services is retained according to the privacy policies and settings of those service providers.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

The developer does not sell or arbitrarily disclose users' personal information to third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to provide a feature explicitly selected by the user.

When a user uses cloud backup or restore functionality, data may be processed through the user's selected Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive service.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following external services:

• Google AdMob
• Google Firebase
• Dropbox
• Google Drive
• Microsoft OneDrive

Information processed by these services is subject to the privacy policy of each respective provider.

8. Categories of Information That May Be Processed

Depending on how the app is used and which features are enabled, the following information may be processed by third-party services:

• Device or app identifiers related to advertising and analytics
• Information such as IP addresses that may be processed automatically during network communication
• App usage, crash, and error information
• Files, settings, and other app data that the user explicitly chooses to back up to a cloud service

9. Deletion of Information

Because the developer does not store users' app files or backup data on separate developer-operated servers, there is no user backup data to delete from such servers.

Deletion of information stored by advertising, analytics, or cloud service providers is governed by the applicable provider's policies and the user's account settings.
