COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Kim Asplund ("Licensor") 
and the purchasing entity ("Licensee").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to payment of the license fee, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive,
   non-transferable license to use MCP-PyPI in commercial applications.

2. COMMERCIAL USE DEFINITION
   "Commercial use" means any use of the Software:
   - Within a for-profit organization
   - In products or services that generate revenue
   - In consulting or contracting services
   - By organizations with annual revenue exceeding $100,000 USD

3. FEES
   Commercial license fees are based on organization size:
   - Small Business (< 10 employees): $99/year
   - Medium Business (10-100 employees): $499/year
   - Enterprise (> 100 employees): $999/year

4. OPEN SOURCE EXCEPTION
   This commercial license is NOT required for:
   - Personal use
   - Educational use
   - Non-profit organizations
   - Open source projects
   These uses are covered under the MIT License.

5. SUPPORT
   Commercial license includes:
   - Priority bug fixes
   - Email support
   - Feature request consideration

6. TERM
   This license is valid for one year from purchase date and must be renewed annually.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
