ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

In addition to the terms of the Apache License 2.0, the following conditions
apply to the use of the klaw software:

1. MULTI-TENANT SaaS RESTRICTION

   You may not use the klaw source code to operate a multi-tenant managed
   service (Software as a Service) where the primary value proposition is
   providing AI agent orchestration capabilities to third parties, unless
   you have obtained explicit written authorization from each::labs.

   For clarity, the following uses ARE permitted without additional authorization:
   - Using klaw internally within your organization
   - Building and deploying your own AI agents and applications
   - Offering consulting or professional services using klaw
   - Creating plugins, extensions, or integrations for klaw
   - Using klaw as part of a larger application where AI agent orchestration
     is not the primary service offering

2. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

   If you modify and distribute klaw, you must:
   - Retain all copyright notices and attribution to each::labs
   - Clearly indicate that your distribution is a modified version
   - Include a link to the original klaw repository (https://github.com/eachlabs/klaw)

3. TRADEMARK

   "klaw" and the klaw logo are trademarks of each::labs. You may not use these
   trademarks in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation with each::labs
   without prior written permission, except as required for reasonable and
   customary use in describing the origin of the software.
