# License

Kodus is available under a **dual license** model:

- **Open Source License (AGPL-3.0):**  
  All source code **except** files or directories marked as "enterprise edition" is licensed under the [GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0)](https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html).

- **Enterprise License (Commercial):**  
  Any file or directory that includes `.ee.` in its filename or `ee/` in its path is **not** covered by the AGPL license and is subject to a **commercial license agreement**.
