If none provided, generate the template with placeholder prompts. 2. **Extract signals**: From the provided data, identify: - Revenue numbers and trajectory - Anything time-sensitive or at risk - Pipeline changes in the last 24-48 hours - Scheduled commitments 3. **Prioritize ruthlessly**: The TOP 3 PRIORITIES section is the most important. Apply this filter: - Does it generate revenue today? (Priority 1) - Does it prevent revenue loss? (Priority 2) - Does it create future revenue?
