# Full Pro Execution Gate — v5.3

The v5 gate is runtime-backed. Before any substantive executor:
1. Runtime state belongs to the current request.
2. All required expert cycles are validated.
3. Cross-expert judging is complete.
4. Einstein is complete 7/7.
5. Final Jev stability is stable.
6. deterministic/risk/self-critic/verifier gates pass and blockers are empty.
7. the exact candidate is frozen.
8. Runtime `authorize` returns `authorization_ready=true`, an `execution_lock`, and a one-time `secure_executor_ticket` bound to request_id + executor + candidate_digest + validated state digest.
9. The executor receipt must come through `kosif_secure_executor`; direct host-native execution is a bypass and poisons that request.

**No PASS = no executor.**

The Runtime ticket prevents false Full Pro completion inside KOSIF. In workflow-binding mode it is not a cryptographic credential. For hard server-enforced protection, use an external MCP/backend Secure Executor with `KOSIF_SECURE_EXECUTOR_SECRET` that owns provider credentials and validates the HMAC-backed ticket before execution.
