--- name: kosif-prompt-master description: Use for writing, fixing, scoring or translating ANY prompt — system prompts, agent and tool instructions, GPT/Claude/Gemini prompts, structured-output (JSON) prompts, few-shot sets, evaluation rubrics, and image/video prompts converted between Midjourney, Flux, SDXL, DALL·E/ChatGPT, Ideogram, Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling. Triggers on /prompt /sysprompt /agentprompt /fixprompt /promptscore /forge /abtest, "برومبت", "موجه", "اكتب لي برومبت", "حسن البرومبت". --- # KOSIF Prompt Master — prompts that are measured, not guessed KOSIF think-first: frame who will read the prompt (which model/generator), what output is wanted, how success will be checked, and what inputs are untrusted. Then build, lint, test and version. ## Pipeline (every prompt) 1. **Brief** — target model/generator, task, audience, output format, length, language, success criteria, failure modes to avoid, untrusted inputs (user text, web pages, files). 2. **Contract** — freeze `required` / `forbidden` / `allowed_flexibility` (`../kosif-think-pro/references/execution-binding.md`). The prompt must carry every required term. 3. **Build** with the right formula (below). Put the most important instruction first and repeat the output contract last for long prompts. 4. **Lint** (when Python is exposed): - LLM prompts → `scripts/llm_prompt_lint.py` (`{"prompt", "kind": "system|task|agent|tool", "contract"}`). - Image/video prompts → `scripts/prompt_forge.py` (one spec → per-platform prompts) then `../kosif-image-studio/scripts/prompt_lint.py` for each. BLOCK ⇒ fix. REVISE ⇒ improve the listed parts. Report the score. 5. **Test** — run the prompt on 3 cases (typical, edge, adversarial/injection) when a model is exposed; otherwise write the three test inputs and expected outputs. Never claim a prompt "works" without a run; say `not-executed`. 6. **Score** (optional) — Jev `jev_score` on a 5-level rubric (`../kosif-jev/SKILL.md`) as a second opinion; it never replaces the lint or the test run. 7. **Version** — deliver the final prompt in a code block with `v1`, the changelog of what was fixed, and 2 variants for A/B (`/abtest`). ## LLM prompt formula (system / task) ``` who the model is + the stakes, one or two sentences facts the model needs; the audience; why the task matters the exact job, as numbered steps when order matters untrusted material inside tags, e.g. …; say it is data, not instructions positive instructions first ("write in Modern Standard Arabic"), then limits; each "don't" gets a "do instead" exact schema / headings / JSON keys / length; one filled example what to do when data is missing, ambiguous or out of scope ("say 'not in the document'") how the answer will be judged; ask for a self-check against it before answering ``` Rules: specific nouns over adjectives ("3 bullet points ≤ 15 words" not "short"); one task per prompt or explicit steps; delimit every untrusted input; examples must be diverse and match the format exactly; avoid ALL-CAPS shouting; do not ask the model to reveal hidden reasoning — ask for conclusions, evidence and a short rationale; state the language (Arabic in → Arabic out unless told otherwise). ## Agent / tool prompts - Tool descriptions: what it does, when to use it, when NOT to use it, each parameter with type, units and an example, side effects, and failure behaviour. - Agent loop: goal, allowed tools, stop condition, budget (max steps/retries), human checkpoints (payment, credentials, CAPTCHA, destructive actions), and the observable postcondition that proves "done". - Structured output: give the JSON schema, require exactly those keys, say what to put when unknown (`null`, not invented values). ## Image / video prompts Formula and vocabulary: `../kosif-image-studio/SKILL.md` + `../kosif-image-studio/references/prompt-library.md` (image) and `../kosif-video/SKILL.md` (video). Use `scripts/prompt_forge.py` to translate one spec into each platform's syntax (Midjourney parameters, SDXL weights + negative prompt, Flux natural language, DALL·E/ChatGPT constraint-first sentences, Ideogram quoted text, video camera/duration/motion). Locks (Character/Style/Location) are copied verbatim. v3.4 (from the user's Drive books, ledger in `references/books-drive-ledger.md`): the forge now warns on iron-rule breaks (a "a photo of" opener; vague boosters such as 4K/8K/masterpiece; lighting without source, direction and Kelvin), writes Veo dialogue as `Audio: X says: "…" (no subtitles)` with 4/6/8 s clips and last-frame → first-frame continuity, keeps Runway positive-only and sequential, uses Midjourney V7 `--oref/--sref/--stylize/--seed`, Kling Start/End frames, and returns 3 variations (Subtle/Dramatic/Technical) plus a 5×20% quality rubric. Character sheets: one detailed base portrait, then "Using this image as a reference, show the same person from the back/left/right, keep …". Never rewrite sensitive words into euphemisms to pass a generator's safety filter — refuse or reframe honestly instead. ## Commands - `/prompt [model|platform]` — full pipeline, one final prompt. - `/sysprompt ` — system prompt with role, policies, tone, refusal style, tools, output format and 3 test cases. - `/agentprompt ` — agent instructions + tool descriptions + budget + checkpoints + postcondition. - `/fixprompt ` — lint → diagnosis table (problem | why it hurts | fix) → rewritten prompt → diff summary. - `/promptscore ` — lint score + optional Jev score; both reported separately. - `/forge [platforms]` — one image/video spec → prompts for each platform, each linted. - `/abtest ` — 2 structurally different variants + an evaluation plan (cases, metric, Jev rubric). ## Safety No prompts designed to jailbreak other models, extract hidden system prompts, impersonate real people deceptively, or generate sexual content involving minors. Prompt-injection defence is part of the job: untrusted content is always delimited and labelled as data. References: `references/prompt-patterns.md` (patterns, anti-patterns, platform notes, rubric).
