--- name: kosif-source-router description: Canonical ThinkPro routing with Council-500 Full Pro for kosif think 20 s, 72-app live capability mesh, Jev closed-set tool choice, durable missions and proof-based execution. --- # Source Router — Council-500 ## kosif think 20 s rule When the front door is `kosif think 20 s`, there is exactly one mode: Full Pro Council-500. Do not cost-route it to Fast, Deep or a smaller Council. Other KOSIF surfaces may retain their own routing policies. ## Tool pipeline 1. Build the live candidate set from tools/apps actually exposed now. 2. Reject unavailable/incapable tools. 3. Score capability 0–30; live availability 0–20; owner authority 0–15; verification/receipt 0–15; reversibility/safety 0–10; latency/cost 0–5; continuity 0–5. 4. Remove tools blocked by permissions, safety or missing postconditions. 5. If one tool dominates, use it. If 2–5 viable tools remain, Jev chooses from that closed set. 6. Preserve a tool-choice receipt and verify the downstream result. ## 72-app mesh Registration is not live exposure. Apps/skills are a capability pool for the 500 experts to recommend, but only current-session exposed tools may enter Jev's choice set. ## Full Pro path Host Entry → Council-500 same-input fan-out → Jev fast convergence → Einstein → final stability/gates → candidate freeze → Secure Authorization → Secure Executor → QA. Direct host-native execution while KOSIF owns the request is not Full Pro.
