## 3. High-Level Summary of Findings

1. **Deterministic Architecture:** Application code in `packages/core` strictly adheres to deterministic schema models, cyclic dependency detection via Kahn's algorithm, and structural diagnostics. Zero AI libraries or inference endpoints exist in dependencies or code.
2. **Read-Only Enforcement:** Database connector layer executes strictly under session-level read-only directives (`PRAGMA query_only = ON;`, `SET TRANSACTION READ ONLY;`) backed by static regex mutation interception.
3. **Continuous Integration & Quality:** All 63 automated tests run cleanly in ~0.5 seconds offline without network dependencies. TypeScript strict compiler checks report 0 errors.
