Simple file permission changing for Sublime Text accessible from the sidebar or command palette.

Usage
-----
 - Right click a file in the sidebar

or

 - Use the command palette to chmod the current file

Use the ... version to specify the permissions in the same way as with the chmod shell utility (ex: "a+x", "o-w", "776", etc.)
