Data Deletion Instructions:

To delete all your data, go to your device Settings.
Navigate to Apps > Weight Loss & Body Detox.
Tap Storage > Clear Storage.
Alternatively, uninstall the app to remove all data.

5. Notifications

We request permission to send notifications to provide you with daily reminders. You can:

Enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Choose which sounds play for each reminder.
Snooze or dismiss reminders directly from the notification.
