# Lazarus Forge — Discovery

**Salvage-first adaptive resource recovery system**  
Core belief: *A functioning component is more valuable than its raw material.*

This document maps the current repository structure, key files, and conceptual foundation of Lazarus Forge v0.  
Goal: Maximize functional preservation, delay irreversible reduction, close learning loops via utilization feedback, and track **value recovered per kWh** as the primary viability metric.

- Open issues/PRs/discussions welcome — especially on salvage proxies, low-energy heuristics, or G.E.C.K. seed refinements
