This repository (the "Skill") is a method for drawing dynamic icons: the rules in
PROMPT.md and SKILL.md, the engine in src/engine.js, the example icons in
src/icons.js, the gallery in index.html and src/app.js, the self-check in
scripts/, the early versions in history/, and the documentation and images.

The Skill is source-available, not open source. You may use it as set out below.
All other rights are reserved.

1. Using the Skill

   You may install and run the Skill, including for commercial work, to design
   icons for yourself or for others.

2. Your icons belong to you

   Icons you create with the Skill, including the icon definitions you write,
   the SVG and images you render, and their animations ("Your Output"), belong
   to you. Kubai087 claims no rights in Your Output, and you do not need to
   credit the Skill.

   The example icons that ship in src/icons.js are part of the Skill, not Your
   Output. You may use them in your own products and projects, animated or
   exported as static files, without credit, but you may not distribute them
   on their own as an icon set, pack or library.

3. Shipping icons with the engine

   Your Output needs the engine to run. You may copy src/engine.js,
   src/icons.js, src/app.js, index.html and scripts/ into a project that holds
   your icon set, change them as that project needs, and distribute that
   project on its own or inside your products, commercial or not, as long as:

   (a) the copyright notice at the top of each copied file stays in place; and
   (b) the project does not include PROMPT.md, SKILL.md, or text copied,
       adapted or translated from them, and is not offered as a skill, prompt
       or template for generating icons.

4. Private changes

   You may change any part of the Skill for your own use or for use inside your
   organization. Changed versions may be shared outside your organization only
   as section 3 allows.

5. Sharing the Skill

   You may share exact, unmodified copies of the Skill free of charge, with this
   license and every notice kept intact. Forks on GitHub made to propose
   changes back to this repository are allowed.

6. What you may not do

   - Distribute a modified version of the Skill, or any work that copies,
     adapts or translates PROMPT.md or SKILL.md, except as sections 3 and 5
     allow.
   - Present the Skill or any part of it under another name or as your own
     work, or remove or change its copyright and license notices.
   - Sell, rent or sublicense the Skill itself, or charge for access to it.
     Charging for icons you design with it is fine.
   - Use the Kubai or Lumno name or logo to suggest that your product or icon
     set is made or endorsed by Kubai087.

7. Contributions

   If you submit a contribution to this repository, you grant Kubai087 a
   perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, change and distribute it
   under any terms, including this license.

8. Termination

   If you break these terms, your rights under this license end. If it is the
   first time and you stop within 30 days of being told, they come back.

9. No warranty

   THE SKILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
   AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN
   ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
   WITH THE SKILL OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SKILL.
