# SoriTTS Supertonic 3 Model Use Terms

These terms implement the use-based restrictions in the BigScience Open RAIL-M License bundled at `resources/licenses/SUPERTONIC-3-OPENRAIL-M.txt`. Acceptance is required before initialization or use of the model in the production application. If you do not accept these terms, do not initialize or use the model.

You are responsible for generated output and every subsequent use. Audio shared externally must be expressly and intelligibly disclosed as AI-generated. You must not use generated speech to impersonate another person without consent.

You agree not to use the Model or Derivatives of the Model:

- (a) in violation of applicable national, federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
- (b) to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors;
- (c) to generate or disseminate verifiably false information or content for the purpose of harming others;
- (d) to generate or disseminate personally identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
- (e) to generate or disseminate information or content without expressly and intelligibly disclosing that it is machine generated;
- (f) to defame, disparage, or otherwise harass others;
- (g) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate others without their consent;
- (h) for fully automated decision-making that adversely affects legal rights or creates or modifies a binding obligation;
- (i) to discriminate against or harm people based on social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
- (j) to exploit vulnerabilities based on age or social, physical, or mental characteristics in a way likely to cause physical or psychological harm;
- (k) to discriminate against people based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
- (l) to provide medical advice or interpret medical results; or
- (m) to generate or disseminate information for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration, or asylum processes, including predicting fraud or crime through profiling or indiscriminate and arbitrarily targeted use.

## Attribution, endorsement, and modification

These terms do not grant permission to use Supertone or other licensors' trademarks or to imply endorsement. This is a non-endorsement requirement. Any model modification or derivative distribution must carry a prominent model modification notice and retain all applicable copyright, patent, trademark, attribution, license, and restriction notices.

## Unverified rights and evidence

SoriTTS has not verified training-data clearance, preset-speaker consent, voice or publicity rights, commercial legal clearance, or publisher entitlement to redistribute Microsoft runtime binaries. Users and publishers must obtain any permissions and professional advice needed for their use. These terms have not been represented as legal review or legal advice.
