بازبینی فقط‌خواندنی حروف‌چینی و طراحی فارسی با گزارش شواهد | Read-only review of Persian typography and design with evidence-based findings.

1. Read references/contract.md and references/review.md, then rules/catalog.json and sources.json. Select medium by the actual purpose and audience.
2. Default proposal for new Iranian Persian content: fa-IR. Do not infer Persian language from Arabic-script glyphs alone. fa-AF and Tajik are separate.
3. Choose study, build, refine or read-only audit. Preserve source bytes, metadata, ZWNJ, ZWJ, Persian Kaf ک and Yeh ی, combining marks, numbers, names and version strings.
4. Do not insert automatic Tatweel, reverse logical strings, split joining text into letter spans, force decorative calligraphy or output uniform templates. Make context-led design choices.
5. Apply applicable FA rules and locale guidance. For LTR URLs, email, codes and version strings inside RTL, isolate appropriate markup without rewriting original content.
6. Use runtime/check_source.py for bounded static evidence only. Run rendered/copy/native evidence separately when available. Fixture examples are scenarios, not proven passes.
7. Use schemas/report.schema.json to report observed results with explicit unverified checks. For audit never edit target files.

Provider import, real host invocation and native-language certification are not checked by package creation.
