MSM_TO_HB_TEST
  MATLAB version
  Test the routines in MSM_TO_HB.

MSM_TO_HB_TEST01
  We will create a simple 5 by 5 matrix,
  convert it to MATLAB sparse format,
  and then have MSM_TO_HB write the matrix to a file.

MSM_TO_HB:
  Write a MATLAB Sparse Matrix 
  to a Harwell Boeing Sparse matrix file.

MSM_TO_HB:
  Normal end of execution.

MSM_TO_HB_TEST:
  Normal end of execution.
