# Codync name, logo and cloud

The code is licensed under Apache 2.0 ([LICENSE](LICENSE), [NOTICE](NOTICE)). The license covers the code only: it does not
grant rights to the Codync name or logo, or access to the Codync Cloud service.

## Name and logo

- You may say your project or service is "built on Codync" or "compatible with Codync", with a link.
- You may not name your product, service, domain or app Codync (or anything confusingly similar),
  use the Codync logo or app icon, or suggest it is official or endorsed.
- Forks that are redistributed must use a different name and icon.

## Codync Cloud

Codync Cloud (accounts, the relay at `api.codync.dev`, push notifications, remote-screen relay)
is free for personal use: your own computers and devices. Hosted, resold or multi-tenant services
must run their own (source in [`cloud/`](cloud/), point hosts at it with `CODYNC_CLOUD_URL`).
