# Software Licensing Stinger

Prepare a plain-language explanation and evidence packet for the exact artifact and intended use. Read [README.md](README.md), then the relevant guide and dated research. Keep Unknown fields visible.

## Procedure

1. Confirm the user's question, actual artifacts and intended delivery or network use.
2. Read actual license texts, versions, exceptions, notices and rights evidence before describing obligations.
3. Use [the explanation guide](guides/explain-licenses.md), [boundary review](guides/review-copyleft-boundaries.md), or [distribution preparation](guides/prepare-distribution-review.md).
4. Return the [inventory](references/license-inventory.md), exact unresolved questions and selected-owner handoff through the parent. A scanner, SPDX label or hash does not decide compatibility.
