# Go to Market Stinger

## Purpose and triggers
Choose an acquisition channel for a specific buyer, using dated discovery evidence and actual constraints. Produce one provisional recommendation, a falsifiable experiment draft and a narrow implementation handoff. Use for "Which channel should I start with?", "Where can I find customers for this buyer?", or "Paid, content, outbound or partners with this budget and time?"

## Boundaries
This is research-only channel selection. Existing Alt Ads, Social Organic and Cold Outreach own their channel procedures; ICP Research owns public segment discovery. Do not create campaigns, lists, messages, provider settings, tracking or paid resources. Do not author broad GTM, pricing, product positioning or legal conclusions under this identifier.

## Procedure
1. Read [README](README.md), [intake](guides/01-evidence-intake.md) and the [worksheet](references/decision-worksheet.md); ask for missing decisive buyer evidence.
2. Read [selection](guides/02-choose-one-channel.md), cite dates and constraints, and return one recommendation or an explicit unresolved-input question.
3. Read [experiment](guides/03-design-and-review-experiment.md), draft thresholds from supplied economics, and name the selected implementation owner or capability gap.
4. Review the [negative cases](references/negative-cases.md) and [digest](references/research/distillation.md). Return a report packet with evidence, uncertainty and authorization still needed. Never equate attribution with causal proof or a draft with an executed campaign.
