1. What the Actor does
AuctionRadar IN reads public auction notices published by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (ibbi.gov.in) and returns them as structured rows to the Apify account that runs it.

2. Data the Actor keeps
Per auction: source, notice id, company or firm name of the borrower or corporate debtor, name of the insolvency professional (a public professional role), asset description and property address (only where the debtor is recognised as a company or firm and the asset is not residential, otherwise withheld), city, district, state, pincode, area, reserve price, EMD, bid increment, auction and inspection dates, possession type, business e-mail address or landline of the professional's office, links to the notice.

3. Individuals
Borrower names that look like individuals are always replaced with "[Individual borrower]"; this cannot be switched off. Guarantor and co-borrower names, residence phrases ("R/o ..."), mobile telephone numbers and personal e-mail addresses are removed where recognised. The street-level property description and address are withheld unless the debtor is recognised as a company or firm and the asset is not residential. All of this is heuristic pattern matching on free text: it reduces but cannot rule out personal data in the output.

4. Where data lives
The results, the memory of already delivered auctions (a hash, a timestamp and the auction date and reserve price per auction) and the reports live in the user's own Apify account. The publisher runs no server and receives no customer data. The publisher may run a shared cache of parsed public notices in the publisher's own Apify account; it is off by default and never contains individual borrower names or withheld property detail.

5. Retention
Memory entries are removed 60 days after the auction date. Cache entries are kept for auctions dated within the last 30 days.

6. Removal requests
Write to atulhritik@hotmail.com with the link to the notice. The publisher removes the auction from the shared cache within 7 days.

7. Not advice
