# README

Accept `--section NAME` for a targeted edit plus shared options. Resolve an ambiguous monorepo target before attributing sibling capabilities. A direct instruction to update the README authorizes the scoped local edit; `--apply` is equivalent. Otherwise deliver a complete draft in the run directory.

Return the requested README content, relevant actual assets, and validation notes. Keep claim/brief/review records private. Complete the guide's quickstart and reference checks or report which remain unverified.
