Guaranteed Message Delivery signifies that messages will be delivered by Rhapsody to their destination provided that all hardware and software, which Rhapsody is dependent on, is operational and Rhapsody is configured correctly to allow for guaranteed delivery. Furthermore, Guaranteed Message Delivery offers assurances that in the event of a transient hardware or software failure, messages will be delivered at the first opportunity once those failures are resolved.
