Unclean Shutdowns

Rhapsody™ Integration Engine (Rhapsody) includes a Data Validation Service which provides the engine with the ability to recover from power failures, and functionality to repair and recover data damaged by OS-level write errors. When the engine detects an unclean shutdown (for example, caused by a power failure), Rhapsody performs data validation on the Rhapsody message store to ensure data integrity.
